Terms and Conditions for the Charities1. All organisations with more than one media relations staff should designate at least two to receive e-mail enquiries.2. The database will only be accessible to media professionals who have registered to use it and those whose details are on the database. 3. Each organisation will designate one person to update the details and to answer queries from the database administrator. 4. All information must be updated by the voluntary sector organisation/NGO themselves. Any organisation which does not keep its information updated may be taken off the database. The voluntary sector organisation/NGO themselves are solely responsible for all content that they post on this site. CharityComms shall have the right, but not the obligation, to correct any errors or omissions in any content, as it may determine in its sole discretion. CharityComms further reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to delete or remove any user content from the site and to deny the access of any member to all part of this site, at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. 5. By signing up to askCHARITY, contacts agree to receive communications from CharityComms regarding CharityComms and askCHARITY news. 6.
